You don’t have to be an Energy Worker, Reiki Master or have any form of formal training in energy work at all to give healing to another or yourself. This is a simple and natural practice that is part of our birthright, it’s just that no one has taught you how to use it - Yet!
Focused Positive Healing Thought
When you focus your thoughts in a positive healing way it can be used very successfully to aid in the healing of yourself, another, an animal, a plant, or even a situation!
All you have to do to start is find a quite spot, no phones or disturbances. Now quietly listen to your breath, slowly and gently allow a sense of peace to come over you. Then begin to fill yourself with a prevailing feeling of joy. (An easy way to do this would be to think of something that fills you with unadulterated love, such as holding your own child, or maybe think of a puppy, use a thought that fills you full of pure compassionate love) Feel this love and appreciation bubble up inside you. Now as you hold onto this feeling turn your thoughts to your chosen subject. Know without a shadow of a doubt that perfect health is their natural state of being. Imagining your subject in their healthiest state, Shower them with love.
You don’t even have to spend a lot of time on this, just 5 minutes helps and this can be done while close to your subject, or from a distance, and no distance is too great.
By keeping yourself in this so positive vibration and focusing on your subject in the natural state of wellness, you are encouraging them to soften their resistance to their own wellbeing.
Giving healing to another is a beautiful practice to add to your daily routine for many reasons. One of which is the very rewarding return you will see in your own life! Try it, the calm, peaceful feeling that it endues in you is beautiful.
