Although I live on the coast of Andalucia (southern Spain)
I was born and bred in Scotland just north of Edinburgh where I spent the first half of my life. I keep my accent with pride which will explain the wee bits of Scottish slang through out my site…!
I have had a very varied life and travelled Europe extensively,
I won’t go into the more “colorful” areas of my experiences as my Mum will be reading this too and I don’t want to shock her !

My whole life however I have felt uncomfortable “conforming to the norm”, and I instinctively new that traditional medicine never really got to the root of the problem……so I opted out.
I spent many years in Europe’s playgrounds until my beloved father died in 2002. That was when I woke up and realised I had been hiding from my true potential.
With books by Louse Hay gently encouraging me on, I began to re-emerge and transform my life into what it is today.
