Every thought you think is created by choice or habit
Every thought you think creates your health and circumstances!
Really think about that, You chose your thoughts and therefore create your circumstances ! This is an astoundingly simple and powerful way to improve your life.
Did you know that blissful joy is your natural state of being ? We just “learn” to be negative as we grow through life.
We initially learn our thinking patterns as children from our peers, so by the time we are adults our thought patterns are more or less set… Unfortunately however there seems to have been very little importance placed on the great significance of thought energy in the past. This means most of us are living with habitual thought patterns that can keep us stuck in non exciting dull lives. We may dream about living a wonder filled life, but most of us never dare to think it’s really possible………..Well Think Again!
One of the most important part of this to accept (If you don’t already) is that you are much, much more than just a physical body, we are all, each one of us, magnificent Source Energy Beings…here in this physical world for the fun of it ! We have just got a little lost along the way as we fret about life………
Scientifically Proven Thought Energy Facts
- AGAIN : Every thought you think is created by choice or habit.
- Each thought you think has a frequency that can be scientifically measured.
- Everything within our whole universe is made of energy, from the stars in the sky to the molecules that make you.
- Your thoughts and feelings are also energy and they attract like energy
- Therefore each thought we think, has an effect on our reality.
Read that again and take a minute to absorb these facts before we move on.
The Law of Attraction
What you repeatedly focus your attention on, one way or another ends up in your reality. You attract to you what you allow your mind to dwell on. The stronger your emotion is on the subject you are thinking about, and the longer you dwell on it, the more “pulling power” it has in creating your experience and health.
So in other words every thing you are experiencing now you have actually drawn to you. Accepting this is the beginning to generating a life of health, bliss and abundance. Especially, since you now know you can choose your thoughts and therefore create a reality you really want to live in.
How do You Change you Thought Patterns?
Firstly it is important to note that a positive thought is 100 times stronger that a negative one so don’t worry about any negative thoughts you have been pampering, just read on.
One of the ways to easily change your thought patterns is by being aware of how you feel. When we feel negative; i.e. angry, resentful, jealous, etc that’s the trigger for you to decide to change! (Unless, of course you actually enjoy the stress, discomfort and negative experience that these feelings bring !!!)
The next time you catch yourself worrying or thinking negatively about something, just calmly take a step back and decide to think about the situation differently, with the knowledge that you can Choose your thoughts and feelings, repeat a positive, present tense thought in place of the negative one. Choose an Affirmation, my all time favorite is “ All is Well in My World” ( Louise L. Hay ) Simply repeat this over and over, put real feeling into this new thought, choose to feel good! Really it’s that simple; You are guaranteed to feel better about your “negative issue” almost immediately.
However to really make a difference you need to be dedicated and use your affirmation EVERY TIME you feel yourself slipping back into your negative thought pattern again, it takes 30 days to change a habit, thought habits included, so just stick with it – Practice with Patient Persistence. At first it will feel as if you are deceiving yourself, but in a short time you will start to come into alignment with your new thought, you will start to come into alignment with your true self ! and that my friend is when the magic starts to happen !!!

Become a Master of Your Mind
While practicing give yourself time to really absorb your new chosen positive thought, until you create a positive feeling that resonates throughout your body. You may not be able to reach a blissful feeling the first few times but you can defiantly achieve a better feeling than the negative one you have been dwelling on. By putting good feeling into your affirmation you will maximize the effect and begin to create yourself a life of positive situations and circumstances. I am not kidding. Every thought you think is created by choice or habit. Every thought you think creates your health and circumstances!
So chose to think positively, take responsibility for your happiness. It really is that simple…….
Most of us are unaware that by simply learning to master our thoughts we can radically change our lives…but believe me you can, we can all do this and it is simple, you just need to Practice with Patience Persistence!
As you begin to transform yourself into a positive person by changing your thought patterns you will no longer attract negative people or situations. You will find unexpected pleasures adorn your days; where there was once negativity or melancholy there will be fun, smiles and joy.
Practicing with Positive Thought Energy
One of the strongest times of day to practice this is as you awake first thing in the morning; you know that semi sleep dreamy state, It can take a little practice however to catch yourself in dream like state before you become fully awake. Again just practice with Patient Persistence.
If you have a situation at hand that is affecting you in a negative way, or even a meeting coming up that you are concerned about. Use the time as you awake or fall asleep to imagine the situation unfolding in the most positive way possible, play with it dwell on this beautiful positive outcome. Get right into the details of the situation and act it out in your mind exactly as you would like it to happen, I guarantee if you practice this a good few times before hand you will effect the out come in a very positive way…….trust me, it works !
Another fantastic way to change your thought patterns is by writing your new positive thoughts or affirmation 20 times a day; 10 times in the morning and ten times at night, (more if you want!) By physically writing down your new positive thought you much more focused on it, making the whole change take place even quicker. If you can sing your new thoughts in a song or ditty it has a stronger effect too!

Feeling Thoughts
Its not enough just to think these thoughts, you have to put feeling into them too, and I mean the very best positive feeling you can muster. The universe responds much better, much faster to strong good Feeling Thought.
When you are feeling positively ecstatic about something you almost tingle, Right? Think about the last time you felt that way? Maybe when you received good news, held someone you love, when you were somewhere you could really relax, find a memory that generates that fantastic feeling of bliss, (some people can get that this feeling from a bar of chocolate!)
Ok so now you have a picture in your mind of something that makes you feel good – hold onto the feeling, discard the actual specifics of the memory, what you want to do is dwell on the blissful feeling. Let yourself generate and hold this feeling whenever you want, so when you are practicing your positive present tense thought you can really charge it with this positive feeling. You can even imagine sparkles of energy dancing in and around these new thoughts if you want to, really go to town with this, its power is incredible.
Keep it in the Present
Keeping these new positive thoughts in the present tense is very important. It’s not positive thoughts of “what is going to be” that will make any changes. If your new thoughts are in a repeated future tense, then that’s exactly where your changes will take place - sometime in the future - always out of reach. That is not what you want. Your new feeling thoughts have to be in the NOW – in the present tense, so that the changes you want will take place in your Now. Keep these new feeling thoughts In The Present Tense – Make them Happen!
Remember this all takes Practice, Practice with Patient Persistence, - How much do you really want to change? Do you want to keep living in your dreams, or do you want to really live your dream?
When I am unsure of what new thought to think, I simple use my old favorite by Louise L Hay – All Is Well In MY World…I even say it out loud to people sometimes, and you know what – All really is well in my world!
