Meditation
Meditation is one of the most effective health management tools available, and guess what, it's free, and it is absolutely simple to learn! Meditation allows body, mind and soul to realign, giving you peace and harmony, de-stressing the body and allowing you to become insync with your own intuition. If practiced with regularity, meditation will have a strong positive effect on the entire physical body. As recommended by doctors, a meditive practice can significantly reduce blood pressure and stress-related disorders. It is taught in Schools all over the world now; as surveys have found that children who meditate benefit from increase focus and concentration.
Put simply, meditation gives you a chance to relax into you, aiding in the discovery of your own uniquely wondrous self.
The easiest ways to start exploring meditation is to listen to yourself breathe; Find a quiet spot, switch off the phones, turn off the TV and radio, close your eyes and listen to your breath as it enters and leaves your body. That’s all you really need to do when first learning to meditate.
Guided Meditations
Another effective way to use meditation is with guided meditations. This means you simply listen, as a voice takes you on a soothing journey leading you into a completely relaxed state. Within this site I will soon be adding a variety of Guided Meditations, designed to aid in stress reduction, help in healing of a dis-ease along with other particularly strong Guided Meditations that will introduce you to your Chakras! (energy centers)
There will also be powerful Guided mediations helping you to learn how to visualize. These will aid in attracting into your life whatever it is you want, from something as simply a new toaster to more money! However, unless you are happy within yourself, any material desires you chose to attract using these visualizations will not really do you much good! So the best place to start is within yourself, this is where a regular meditative practice and the next few paragraphs can help...

Every thought you think creates your health and circumstances!
And every thought you think is created by choice or habit!
Think about that for a second – You can choose your thoughts! So no matter what the situation, you can choose to make yourself as happy or as miserable as you like!
Your thoughts produce actual energy waves that create your internal & external world, fully comprehending and accepting this is the beginning to generating a life of health, bliss & abundance.
